Classes are a minimum of one hour. We do “warmup” type exercises, stretches, and drills, and then focus primarily on the main form, Zhu Ji. In addition, we also do various types of push hands and we test postures to determine optimal body structure and alignment.
Seminars are generally a minimum of two hours. Topics vary from an introduction to water boxing to intermediate- to higher-level water boxing and/or internal martial arts concepts.
